Talk to a coach before you commit.
Questions about the programme, the intake process, or which membership fits your goal — we answer all of them before you sign anything.
How to reach Atelier & Sons
The best first step is an honest conversation. Call us, email us, or stop by the gym at 3412 Steel Lane during open hours and ask for a coach — not a sales rep. We're a small team and whoever picks up the phone can answer a substantive question about programming, not just redirect you to a sign-up page. If you're deciding between membership tiers, describe your goal and your current training history and we'll tell you candidly which tier actually serves that goal. There's no up-sell pressure because our business model depends on quarterly renewals, not first-month conversions. We'd rather you start at the right level and renew than overspend on a tier you don't use. Email response time is typically within four business hours Monday through Friday.

Email is the fastest route for detailed questions about programming, medical history considerations, or membership terms. We aim to respond within four business hours on weekdays.
Gym hours
Monday to Friday 05:30 – 21:00. Saturday 07:00 – 17:00. Sunday 08:00 – 14:00. The floor is accessible to all active members during open hours; staff are present for the full duration.
What to expect on your first contact
When you reach out, the first thing we'll ask is your primary goal and your current training background — not to qualify you, but to give you a straight answer about fit. If you have a medical condition or injury history that affects training, we'll ask you to share that in writing before the baseline assessment so we can assign the right coach and prepare any necessary modifications. If you're local and want to see the space before committing, drop-in visits are welcome during staffed hours — just let us know you're coming so we can have a coach free to walk you through the floor and the programming philosophy. No pressure, no pitch. The forest-cream training floor speaks for itself.

“I emailed on a Thursday afternoon with a fairly complicated question about training around a labrum repair. A coach replied by Friday morning with a two-paragraph answer that addressed my exact situation. I didn't expect that level of detail from an initial inquiry. That reply was the reason I signed up.”
